Your not homeless! If you were homeless you would need to care for yourself by means of purchasing water instead of the water fountain to keep the body free from other illness.
The single in Texas get 200.00 a month if no income.
Homeless? well, I think they need more than 200.00 a month. Depending whre they live and if a Grocery Store is near walking distance to the point that other shoppers would not have to smell stink.
